Founder & CEO
Laurent is the prime visionary behind Kaloom and has been an engineering and technology leader across all aspects of ICT. His experience includes over 25 years experience with Ericsson and Nortel in telecom network architecture, mobile infrastructure and data center technologies, key competencies include Network Functions Virtualization, Software-Defined Networking, mobile Evolved Packet Core and Edge Datacenter infrastructure, IP, WDCMA/LTE, iOT, VDSL and DOCSIS.
Stéphane is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience delivering results and profitability in managing local & global operations. Stéphane was CEO of Datavalet a North American provider of WiFi solutions and services prior to joining Kaloom. As Managing Director and President of Pivotal Canada and LATAM, Stéphane gained valuable experience in migrating corporate applications across a multi-cloud environment, (Amazon, Microsoft, Google) resulting in tremendous growth for the company. The business around the cloud ecosystem grew between 500% to 800% in just over 3 years. Stéphane worked at Bell Business Markets, as well at Sun Microsystems in Silicon Valley, where he was SVP Global Sales. He has a proven track record for developing technology partnerships, executing business turnaround strategies, and is recognized for his leadership and skills in the management of commercial operations.
Suresh is a leader in the IP community and is an expert in all areas of IP technology. He is a recognized leading expert in IETF having led and/or contributed to over 45 IETF RFCs while previously working at Ericsson and Cisco in lead architect and designing roles. His key competencies include Routing and Switching, IPv4/IPv6, Mobile IP, GTP, Datacenter infrastructure, Linux, C/C++ and Evolved Packet Core Networks.
Executive VP Strategic Partnerships
George is an executive sales and transformation leader with deep experience building new business from the ground up while optimizing sales, investments, and driving peak performance. With over 37 years at IBM, his leadership roles included COO (Americas and Japan), Vice President of Strategy and Transformation, and Vice President of Service Delivery. He led day-to-day operations of $31B in annual sales spanning the U.S., Canada and Latin America.
He has a proven history of building new businesses, optimizing Sales and Investments to drive peak performance while maintaining relationships with clients, business partners and industry leaders.
SVP Worldwide Sales & Marketing
Sonny is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of Sales, Business Development and Marketing experience in Data Center and Cloud Networking, Converged Infrastructures and Management. He has held executive positions at multiple high-tech companies that span from inception to publicly traded, including HPE, ServiceMesh VCE, Clearmesh, Accelerated Networks and Xylan/Alcatel.
Per has devoted his entire career to engineering focused roles using his extensive knowledge in architecture and design of distributed & scalable high-performance systems. His experience and knowledge of building large-scale systems and Data Center infrastructure contributes significantly to Kaloom’s solutions. His experience includes over 20 years in the telecom and software industries at Ericsson.
Head of R&D
Benoit has over 25 years of experience in software research and development in various domains. They include 18 years at Ericsson establishing experimental systems for the IP edge, access and broadband networks. He has held technical leadership roles in research projects covering Carrier Ethernet, Distributed Control Plane, Packet Systems Architecture, Cloud, and Distributed Data Storage.
Head of Support & Services
Sveto brings extensive experience in full product life cycle management, from requirements handling, to system design, and operation & maintenance, focusing on serviceability and supportability of core network products. His 25 years of international experience with Ericsson in telecom markets as a Solution Architect makes him a go-to person for pre-sales and after-sales engagements.
