Paul-Henri is a seasoned CFO and Executive in technology companies, skilled in entrepreneurship, venture capital, banking, management, corporate development, and mergers & acquisitions. After a few years at RBC Group head quarters, Paul-Henri moved to National Bank of Canada to start up, at age 33, a specialized division investing in technology venture capital funds and financing high-tech companies with tailored financial tools to support growth in emerging markets. Strong with the success of continuous return on capital exceeding 30% of the $300 M portfolio he contributed to build, he moved up with Desjardins’ venture capital fund to manage new investments in software companies. Paul-Henri was drawn out of the investment sector by a few successful fast growing technology companies looking for his mentoring and talent as CFO. Over the last 15 years as CFO, he structured companies for major operative growth, and worked out successful downsizing as well, leaded a few acquisitions and exits, established operative subsidiary in South East Asia and developed business in Middle East and Europe. He is recognized for managing growth and positioning companies for success.
David brings an extensive amount of leadership experience and business knowledge to the team. Originally a lawyer, David’s executive experience and negotiating skills will be invaluable as the company executes its business plan. Tom has a successful track record as an entrepreneur and as an executive, focusing on data driven businesses and networking. He has extensive experience operating global businesses, leading diverse cross functional teams and recruiting extraordinary talent to build and sell unique products. Tom is responsible to drive the product vision, strategy and marketing at Kaloom. He is a thought leader in AI, automation, analytics and fully closed loop systems. Previously, he founded Xelerated (acquired by Marvell), a pioneer in programmable networking infrastructures. He also held executive roles at Jolata (big data analytics), Cipherlex (AI driven privacy and security) and Ericsson (SDN, hybrid cloud and data services).

Michael brings extensive background in Technology Sales and Leadership experience to Kaloom. He has experience in operating Global Businesses, leading teams across various geographies and responsibility over global expansion. Over his career, Michael has built and grown sales teams for early stage companies to large technology companies. Michael will be responsible for the Sales execution of both Direct and Channel Business for Kaloom. Previously, his experience includes background in Analytics, Hybrid and Public Cloud, AI, IoT and Enterprise Software with Amazon AWS, Google, VMware and Oracle.
